Dear Customer Services, This week’s stay at your Lincoln, Nebraska, Chase Suite property on 68th St. was most unforgettable based on the value added and superior performance of your property management team.
The snow was awful, the removal was exceptional, timely and guest oriented. There are many internal paths at this property, many steps and large winding parking areas. Before, the snow stopped in frigid windy conditions your employees, in the dark of morning, cleared and cleaned sidewalks , paths, stairs and parking areas, providing the highest care and service a guest might ask for. Please pass my many thanks on to your property management team and the shareholders of your property. Someone beside me should know of your excellent performance and guest care.
One more note, just prior to leaving for an early morning seminar I was presenting on Restaurant Profit Performance, my top button fell off. I don't sew. Your front desk clerk, Tara, sewed it on for me at 6:15AM. Thank you for your attention to the above.
